Xiaomi has an event in Nigeria on Wednesday, April 24, where it will announce the Redmi Note 7. But it is not the only big Chinese company that has its eyes set on the Nigerian smartphone market. One of its main rivals, OPPO, is also bringing its F11 Pro to the country. OPPO will announce the F11 Pro at an event in Nigeria on Friday, 26th of April, 2019. The phone has a 6.53-inch display with a 1080 x 2340 resolution. It is powered by MediaTek’s Helio P70 processor. Its “Rising Camera” is a 16MP f/2.0 sensor that slides out from the top frame. It also has dual rear cameras – a 48MP f/1.8 primary sensor paired with a 5MP f/2.4 depth sensor. It has a fingerprint scanner on the back, dual SIM slot, support for storage expansion, and runs ColorOS 6 based on Android 9 Pie. It also supports VOOC 3.0 (20W) fast charging.
