| Re: Most Expensive Places To Live In Nigeria| Co-tenant by Nobody: 3:58pm On Apr 23, 2019 |
Ur figures 're inaccurate and misleading. There's nothing like average cost of rent for a city. It all depends on what part of the city in question. For instance, you can get a decent 2 bedroom flat for N100k in a place like Ipaja, but a place like Ikeja, u would probably shed N300k and in Ikoyi probably N1 M. CotenantNIG: |

My own is something should be done to unoccupied homes in Abuja. It sad. People want to rent but it's not affordable causing waste. |

I am into Properties. I have lived in Lagos, and presently living in Abuja for about 6 to 7 years now, also involve in Lagos and Abuja Properties business fully well. Lagos is far more expensive than Abuja. A lot thinking that Abuja is more expensive than Lagos are not fully into Properties business and don't know places in Lagos with their respective values. Just a flat in a block of flats somewhere on island 650M naira, not the whole block of flats, just a flat. The so call Maitama, even Aso Villa, a fully detached house with swimming pool, bq, gym, etc will be like the same price or even can be cheaper than this just a flat in a block of flats. I have a lot of instances. |

davidque007:sir the Op is 95 percent correct... The only places u can get cheaper room less than 120k is anything maraba down to masaka or suleja side or bwuari area council and u know that those places aren't Abj but neighboring states....Nasarawa and Niger state.. |

CotenantNIG, considering Lagos, I think your ‘average’ needs to be defined. Average yearly rent for One room apartment in Lagos is N500,000? Take it easy nah ![]() |
| Re: Most Expensive Places To Live In Nigeria| Co-tenant by lincontee(m): 4:16pm On Apr 23, 2019 |
PSTEMMA1960:. Bwari is not in neighbouring state in case you don't know, Bwari is one of d Area Council in Abuja, A single room is different from A room self contain, even Gwarimpa that is under AMAC, you will get a single room less than 100k within d indigenes settlement in Gwarimpa, not to talk of Bwari Area Council. Op is not informed about d properties analysis well. May be 10% correct. |

miketayo:sanusi fafunwa, ahmadu bello and the area around law school are not very good. also bode george et al are not good too. i think the best in VI are ajose, ademola adetokunbo, akin adesola and adeola odekun. but when it rains in odekun, the place would be flooded |
