Hahaha. Forget my grammar, in the pic below, hope you can figure out the differences between them.
But in this case they place the ladies name in another bag containing the drugs. Very wicked people.

I got your point. When checking in, the official flight attendants always give tag numbers to luggage owners after their bags have been tagged and labelled accordingly in their presence.

Did she not have the tag label with her? How did they manufacture the fake tag they put on her bag? These guys managed to do this because they are airport staffs.

What happens to the drug when it gets to the passenger's destination? Somebody else will come and claim it or he does that just to set them up?
Heard they have another ring at the destination who would retrieve the package.

If it becomes messy like this, their loss.

ARRANT NONSENSE FROM DELUDED PEOPLE

If the luggage was NOT checked by her then A) there is no ELECTRONIC baggage scan on that 2nd bag, and most importantly B) she wouldn't pick the bag up at arrivals, since it is not hers.... And that bag will stay on the baggage belt forever.

Sadly this story is complete BULLCRAP, simply because these people scheme is very simple: these baggage handlers that plant drugs in bags, do so because they have accomplices baggage handlers at destination to pick up the drugs. DUH!

No baggage handlers would simply throw away drugs in people's bag for NO DAMN REASON. use your damn brain, people.
This make sense to me because I was wondering how they will just put drugs in a random bag but all the same, it shows that the security at the airport has been compromised, it means bombs or grenade can be checked in to blow up an airplane sad

When travelling, padlock all pockets even if you dont put any valuables in there. Better still, add money to your budget to buy luggage without many pockets outside your luggages.

In rare cases, Unscrupulous elements can plant drugs on innocent travellers.

Let's be vigilant during international flights
She had only one luggage. They labelled their tramadol package in her name. Her own bag was intact. It's a very evil thing they did.

Many people have been executed not knowing the people who sentenced them to death are airport cleaners and baggage handlers. What a flawed system.

May their innocent souls rest in peace.
No until they get justice

That's exactly the point.... If airport was that easy to smuggle anything illegal onboard, how long do you think before BH would have blown planes? This story makes no damn sense.

They have passengers on the plane going the same destination. Once they land and she is able go through hitch free, they will accost the passenger to get their goods.
Not possible, how can she go through hitch free without knowing what's in the luggage? it says on the article that the parssengers are not Aware of the luggages or luggage containing the drugs.

The cartels use innocent parssengers names to tag the luggages, without them knowing. it doesn't make sense.

The luggages they are tampering with could be checked-in ones. In that case, the passenger is at their mercy. They seem to be insiders.

fabinfos:
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has nabbed an airport cartel which specializes in planting drugs in passengers’ luggage.

According to the Chairman of the NDLEA, Col. Abdallah (rtd), THe cartel was uncovered after detectives embarked on investigation of a Nigerian lady identified as Zainab Aliyu, who was accused of entering Saudi Arabia with tramadol.

Zainab was arrested by Saudi Arabia Police on December 26, 2018, shortly after arriving for Lesser Hajj, over allegations that a luggage, bearing her name tag, contained the unlawful substance.

However, while in detention, the NDLEA received a petition from her father, seeking a probe of his daughter’s ordeal.

Consequently, the NDLEA Commander in charge of MAKIA launched an investigation, which culminated in the arrest and arraignment of seven staff of the airport.

The accused are Idris Umar Shehu, Sanni Suleiman, Nuhu Adamu, Rhoda Adetunji, Udosen Itoro Henry and Sanni Hamisu. The cartel had planted the tramadol-bearing luggage on Zainab.

It was further established that Zainab, who had only a luggage, was not aware that a second bag had been labelled in her name.

The implication of this discovery by NDLEA is that many Nigerians arrested and executed for drug trafficking in Saudi Arabia might be innocent.

MrBrownJay1:
Man what they wrote is SO stoopid, I feel sorry for people who actually believe this nonsense.... So, some baggage handler put a tag with your name on some luggage, no scan tag nada, then put that bag on the plane.... And when that bag with No scan tag arrives there, the baggage handlers don't know if it is in transit or anything else since the bag has no scan tag (just a name tag), so the bag will go to lost and found until someone claims it. The airport luggage belts are all electronically running, you scan the bag and they know where it should go (transit or arrival) that's why you have the baggage scan put at check in, so in transit they always know where is the final destination of that bag.
How can a bag that was NOT scanned at check in get anywhere pass the plane?! Nonsense!

If it was so easy to put whatever you like on planes then so many terrorist would blow planes out of the sky, duh!
most have never travelled by air and besides tramadol doesn't belong on a smugglers list if logic is to be employed!
