Good afternoon Nairalanders Please i am preparing to study in U.S.But I don't know if after I have graduated.If I can extend my Visa to live in U.S for many years.But some of my friends in The said.Living in Germany is better than in U.S.I need your sincere advise am confused please

I plan travelling to germany but truth be told living in usa is better!!!!

Yes, Germany is better in the following ways

1) More vacation at work

2) Security

3) Education is free or almost free

4) It has rich historical buildings and ancient artifacts

5) If you are a lover of beer, Germany is the best place to be.

USA is better in the following ways

1) High diversity in nature

2) You will definitely earn more money and spend more money

3) More fun

4) Entrepreneurship


Bro, go for Germany, you won't regret it. You will be given 18 months to look for job and if you are able to get one, your stay is secured but if you don't want to learn German, go to the USA

USA is better.. My bro lives in America and I think you can easily adapt to life in the States... Germany is a great country no doubt,Europe's largest economy but the language barrier is an obstacle.. I also intend leaving Nigeria very soon but since i'm still very comfortable at my place of work, I decided to suspend my travel plans for now.
If you have the funds to move to the US, give it a shoot.. If not, move to Germany.. You will be fine.. Goodluck...!!! Viel Erfolg..!!!

If you dont have enough Money, go to Germany.

Advantages of America
1. In America you will earn lots of money. The salaries are almost double that of Germany
2. On that salary, you pay lesser tax unlike in Germany where tax is very high
3.Cars and fuel are by far cheaper in America
4. You are not restricted by language barrier
5. You face lesser racism

Disadvantages of America
1. Gun problem. you can be shot dead because of many people having access to guns
2. Rents and cost of living is higher than Germany.
3. Extremely high cost of education

Advantages of Germany
1. Better healthare
2. more developed in many places
3. more jobs available (If you can speak Deutsh)
4. safer to live in
5. better and cheaper especially for a married person
6. Low/No tuition

Disadvantages of living in Germany
1. Very high tax
2. Much lower salary when compared to USA{You earn almost half of Americans and pay higher tax than Americans}

In summary, if you wanna earn lots of money after graduating and you dont wanna stress yourself learning ich bin, danke, Guten Tag etc,
then go to USA but if you want somewhere safer and where you wont pay high tuition then go to Germany

Language is never an obstacle. The truth is we NIGERIANS are too lazy to learn a new language. Don't be offended by what i said but that is the truth boss
