Nobody said they shouldn't be trained. Infact they have been trained already but they are showing us the result of the training ON A TRAINING GROUND just like you wouldn't want your doctor who was trained using cadaver and mannequin to keep showing his surgical skills on those inanimate objects.

The crust of the matter here is purely one of comprehension.

After training, "enter the place " and show us your acquired skill by the body count of BH terrorists and not how well you can shoot without being shot at.
