so you don't know your occlusion, dentition and your facial muscles are what determine your smile? The dentist is in charge of all these. Dentistry is not limited to the teeth and oral cavity but the whole face and that's why you have maxillofacial surgeons.

Ehyaa, i totally understand you..... i also use to think that the word dental is restricted to the the teeth alone, but i later on learnt that it's much more than just the teeth.....
