He has the right to sell at whatever price he wishes, as long as it's still within the average market price.
But it's quite insulting when you come and price a S9+ for 100K. If he had not disclosed the price he got the phone for, would you have known?
On the days people also decide to sell very cheap here, do you equally question them for selling far below market price?
That's how someone here priced my factory unlocked IPhone X for 100K, like say i steal am.
In as much as we all have right to negotiate, don't be ridiculous about it.

Sure you're right... But after all, almost everyone here knows where offer up is and have a clue. If they price 70k will you sell... Knowing the cost price doesn't affect market, what affects it is when sellers start giving it out below market price making it loose value.
