thank you oga wildchild,I saw an iPhone 7 plus yesterday, I chatted with the seller, and we agreed on the price,I sent the imie to frinx for paid check,the result came out and the phone was factory unlocked.

I posted the deal with two pictures both front and back side,although, the item is yet to be picked because I don't have money to be paid for the said item,I still have some items with me which is yet to be sold,I posted the deal for someone that will need it.

Around 12am Deyinka chatted me up that he needed the deal,I said no problem, as am chatting with daaz,him self his chatting with him,he even requested for the imie which i provide for him with pictures,i even send him the result i got from paid check,he never complain,so,I told him to hold on so that i can send the link to daaz,he said no problem,I sent the link to daaz and daaz replied me that the seller had change his mind,the seller had added $50 from initial agreed price,immediately I told daaz to leave the deal,but Deyinka keep on messaging me that he needed the deal,I tried to explain the new development and he agreed to pay the new price.

He requested for the account detail of daaz which I provided for him,before he sent the payment, the imie,pictures of the phone is already with him and on the tread where he got the deal and result I got from paid check I did through frinx,all this piece of information are already with him and he never raise any issue..

He later sent the payment to daaz and daaz confirm the payment, then, daaz proceeded to pick up the item,20 or 25 minutes later after the payment has being made and the picker is already on his way to pick up the item, Deyinka chatted me up telling the phone is not good,has service issue, I told him that I did not notice anything like that ,I told him that but the pictures is with you for the past one hour, why can't you raise the alarm, he did not say anything,he said he does not want the deal deal again that the picker should not pick the phone again, i said no problem, immediately,I chatted daaz up and daaz said the picker is already on his way to pick it up,Deyinka told daaz to abort the deal and daaz agreed..

Immediately Daaz agreed to abort the deal,Deyinka begin to treaty me that he needed full refund,that he will not pay for fail pick up,I told him to cool down, i said you should atleast hold on and let's hear how much Daaz will charge for fail pick,he said no,he wants his full payment, then i told him that he is going to pay for fail pick up since the pictures and imie is with him before he sent the payment.. That's when he started to intimidating and treaty me,he called me all sort of name,he even said he would kill me,that he would track me down,and I ask him that if he see me for street one on one him fit do me anything, he even sent video via WhatsApp treaty to kill me,and I told him that he is just a empty barrel.

First of all, you erred by not fully disclosing that picker is yet to pick the item. Naturally, if I saw a deal alert, I would believe due diligence has been done and item has been picked.

Also, looking at this issue critically, Deyinka has done more good to you by not allowing you to loose over 70k cos if you had money, you would have paid picker to go pick an apple blacklisted iPhone which wouldn't work. If you sold such iPhone as TLC and it eventually gets to Nigeria, the buyer would ask for a full refund or replacement.

In light of the aforementioned, I humbly request and suggest that:

1. You pay Daaz the failed pick up fee and let Daaz credit Deyinka his full money.

2. Always check the picture sellers post on offer up well and ask them if you're not sure of something. If they can't respond to such questions, leave them and move on.

3. Be honest with your deals, if you have a deal but no fund to secure it, let the person buying such deal be aware and give your terms and conditions regarding failed pick up.
