Sadly coming from a professor , whatever problem of poverty we are facing today , even though our rulers are responsible for mismanagement of funds ...the origin of the problem is colonialism and slavery....
Nigeria for a case study , was given independence too early , you don't release an under age child , who should still be under his guardians, to live alone , he'll definitely misbehave and live carelessly ....they brought the democracy to us and till today after so many years. we still have an issue understanding democracy , with our rulers flouting court orders anyhow.....
in my own opinion , I think slavery is responsible for the thirst of power our leaders posses..that's why you see people like Mugabe rule and oppress , cos they've been oppressed as well ( not an excuse at all for them ). look at South Africa that gained independence in 1990 , they are the most developed country in Africa....

At what point will we stop complaining and take action to realise the change we seek?

By the way, what kind of psychotic sub title keeps showing up on YouTube videos. Very annoying

It is not rocket science when it comes to understanding the problem of Africa.

Leadership has always been Africa's problem.it is as simple as dicking your woman.
