Married ladies, in order to protect your interest in law, whenever you and your husband buy properties, it's advisable to make it
"Mr Frank Williams and Mrs Oluchi Williams"
NOT
"Mr and Mrs Williams". Remember, anyone can come later and also claim to be 'Mrs Williams'.
