First Bank is the most fraudulent bank when it comes to e-recharge. Whenever there is network glitch, they will debit you without crediting your phone. While other banks decline or reverse unsuccessful transaction automatically in such situations, first will never. You must visit their branch or make several calls before they would refund you otherwise your money is gone. Have experienced this at least 3 times. I also have friends who have been victims. The whole world must hear this. I hate professional extortion!

Charging me for card maintanance that is in my wallet..i imagines how they can maintain a card that is not in their custody..not like they cleans it daily,oils it,pours water/chemical on it and does any check on it....scammers.

Infact this shiit happen to me last three days, that bank are just used to fraud, when it comes to e-recharge

Thank God I have closed my account with them. The way they deduct my money anyhow , their head is not correct

Moderator pls move this thread to front page oooo. First Bank is seriously extorting people. After i opened this thread yesterday more than 3 close friends have reported same.
