Ahhh, I get you now. Nairaland is not a platform for buying and selling. In fact there is a disclaimer that every post is made solely based on the posters discretion. What this means is that no one here can help you if you get scammed and this has happened many times before, is happening and will still happen. The best you can do is if you see an advert you are interested in is take it off nairaland and transact face-to-face. See what you are buying and pay for it if you like it. But, in the case where a face-to-face meet is not possible, you can get an old member with reputation to serve as the escrow but you never know what may go wrong here or you can get the seller to sign up and use an escrow service like ours.
