This is a picture of my uncle's <b>international passport<\b> dating back to 1977, during the obj regime....
My question is <b> how did we get to this point....<\b> is it because the USA changed from gold standard to the IOU standard....
But other countries have become better...<b> have we become salt that has lost taste....are we the youths lost it...even if our father's lost it...should we not find it...nationhood... Nigeria....Niger area....nigga area...

When you have your youths alive online/internet but dead/buried physically.

Unreasonable youths so good in hate speeches and slavery to the political class that has put them in the mess they are.

When some, although illiterates, are born to rule over they literate population with a rare understanding of today's world.

When tribalism reigns supreme with the elite carrying the law instead of the law carrying everyone.

When the surest means of survival is joining/playing politics. A situation where the politicians consume a greater percentage of the annual budget.

When innovation is murdered, enterprise not encouraged and states depend on monthly disbursement from the center instead of creating wealth.

When godfatherism is not against the law, that you see greedy grandpas contaminating the political and judicial processes.

When your leaders present fake certificates, encourage nepotism and sponsor terrorism and the law can't take it's cause.

When appointments are made on favour other than merit. A situation where an illiterate son of a politician heads agencies and professors work under them.

These put together defines a FAILED STATE, and Nigeria is one.

I would like to find solutions...renaming Nigeria is first on the list ...I hear Nigeria is one of the few Afrikan counties that did not change it's name after independence.... I don't want a better republic where true federalism takes hold...
