How many tackles, or interception does that have this season, is it not only over 2000 passes with 0assists, he doesn't qualify as a DMF, sarri is just dumb to play him in that holding role.
On your list only Fernandinho come close to Ndidi, Ndidi does the dirty jobs in Leicester midfield, tackling, interception and giving the midfield balance just like Fernandinho does in Mancity.
Gundogan isn't a regular starter, and he qualifies more as a CMF instead of DMF.
Neves, Sissoko don't come close, they are all good players btw.

Is Jorginho even a CMF, he doesn't provide enough cover for the defence, he doesn't track back, doesn't intercept or tackle, All these are the job of a DMF.
