hi guys..
a friend is having problem right now with his Tecno spark K9 plus.. it keeps saying ""can't Connect to camera please make sure you close other apps that may use camera or flashlight"" he closed all recent files and has rebooted the phone up-to 5 times still The same things... please what's the way out

go to settings clear cache and app data of both gallery and photos

Baba it's easy just go to settings on your phone click on all apps search for gallery.. click on it clear the cache and app data. do same to photos.. it would stop displaying sorry unable to connect to camera

Try and reset the phoneor reset your camera

dont worry d same thing has happened to mine, my phone fell down and it was sayin cant connect to camera. I went to computer village and it didnt take more than 6 minutes to repair it. And now its working.
