Dangote cement plc commence the construction of a $1 billion investments in cement plants with potentials for 6,000 direct and 45,000 indirect new jobs. The new cement plants are expected to further increase the $3 billion the country has been saving from import substitution in cement yearly. If not for the protracted dispute between Dangote and Bua the two cement plants would have been operational far back 2013. Buhari knows nothing about Azura power plant either.
