I bought 2 apple watches (series 4 44MM) and when they arrived, both were iCloud locked. Picker called the 2 sellers and they removed the iCloud accounts. Over 250k would have gone but my God is a good God.

By checking the IMEI of the watch and FMI must be off. Or pair the watch with an iPhone other that seller's own.

Either an IMEI or Serial Number. You see it on the box of the watch or check settings when its paired with an iPhone.
