At least it will help to generate employment in Edo state.

I think Edo state and Delta state needs brewery companies that manufacture beer, malt drinks, mineral etc.

Investors with huge capital should go there and invest in the brewery industry.

Infact out of 20 years of democracy, Edo state has only witnessed 7 years of good leadership

Its 1st term was really good when compared to the 2nd term but all in all Edo state has been bless by God with good leaders except the regime of Lucky Igbinedion that last vision, purpose & development

Though I still see his monumental failure as the fault of Edo electorate who voted for him in 1999 despite he campaigned with nothing meaningful as compared with Lucky Imasuen who offered a sound and compelling manifesto.

He tried all the same, it's not easy to do what he did in his first term. He probably had to pay back some debts. He also focused on the non so visible sectors.

Edo is working, God bless Governor Obaseki. Edo has had luck of Good leadership with Oshiomhole and Obaseki unlike what was obtainable before. I pray Delta is also rescued.

I'm PDP but amen o amen, Edo state will never witnessed backward leadership ever again.

If igbenedion did half of what was expected, we would have been alot better now, it did absolutely nothing, he destroyed the available companies and he and his allies looted the state dry.

Thank God for oshiomole, if not Edo state would have been competing with yobe in backwardness

Very correct @ the bolded. In fact if Lucky had done just a tenth of the little Oshiomhole did, we would not have even thought of experimenting with another party in 2007.

I doubt if results were really written for anyone in the 1999 elections.
Recall then that his previous loss to Oyegun both at the polls and tribunal in 1992 made people feel pity for him and assumed that he would do well to justify that chance given him.
