Former President Goodluck Jonathan is in South Africa as the head of observer mission.As the head of the observer mission of the Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy in Africa (EISA) to South Africa's national and provincial elections, he led his team out early yesterday's morning to observe ballot opening and voting at some locations in Johannesburg,including the polling centres at Sandton Fire station and Cedarwood of Sandton.
