Unspecified number of arm robbers on Wednesday evening attacked a popular footballer, Christian Jacob aka Nkita Ara along Umuola road in Aba the commercial city of Abia state.

He was immediately shot dead after he was dispossessed of his mobile phone by his assailants, leaving his lifeless body on the scene.

ABN TV learnt that Christian Jacob until his death played for Enyimba Football Club Aba, Iwuanyanwu National Football club of Owerri IMO state, FC Sheriff of Moldova and others.

He was said to be one of the fastest wingers during his time at Iwuanyanwu National.

He was single before his death.

Sad but be careful of your pet or 'guy' name. 'Nkita ara' means a Mad Dog. Some names you allow for the sake of fun and peers will ultimately design your downfall or failure in life.

I remember a young dude in our youthful days whose pet name was 'destroyer'. He enjoyed the echoes of the name and would always be at the forefront of acrimony. Years passed and boys became men but he never rose. He suffered through life and everything and biz he touched never worked. They were destroyed.
