my friend who ordered for the one pro screen from AE just went to pick it up from the PO and he met the screen shattered already he was so sad over the phone. he said he just ordered another one from repairng at the rate of 15k now... is there anyway he can get a refund

Let him open a dispute, snap pix of the broken screen and all the packaging alongside it. Upload and wait for the verdict. But make him open dispute sharp sharp

Go to options>game settings>advanced>graphics option set quality to low and frame rate to 30 fps
