NAWWON- National Association, Wailing Wailers Of Nigeria- wishes to inform the general public that applications are closed for the year, 2018/2019.

I'm sure we have all noticed the strange silence of all affiliated groups-
Middlebelt Groups, IPOB, IMN, Niger Delta Militants, etc.
this is in fact, observed with various members of these and other affiliated groups now gleefully chanting, "nes levu! nes levu!" which incidentally, begins officially on May 29, 2019.
for clarity's sake, these chants are meant in derision at the new applicants trying to join the association thru the back door.

therefore kindly note-
NAWWON members are averse to Bribes For Forms.
so we advise that prospective members quietly wail in their homes, preferably into a bowl of pepper soup; this will back the lie that 'na because of d pepe'.

the following are to desist henceforth from trying to breach application protocols:
Zamfara indigenes.
emir of Bichi and subjects.
practitioners of iberiberism.
Ilaje fishing communities.
Lagos state Residents-in-traffic.
boko haram victims association.
Katsina/Daura residents' association.
individual wailers of 2016/2017 recession job losses.
kidnapped govt officials and their family members.
all suffering Nigerians who refuse to criticize govt.

This poster too na somebody's pikin. So the Nigeria political elites finally achieved their aims and objectives which is to turn Nigerian youths to lazy miscreants online and offline and make them unfortunate nincompoops. This is disheartening.
