I changed the name of the access point to AIRTEL, & access point as u said & left d passwrd & username blank, yet d "x" is still showing & I can't browse.
it's my 1st time using this phone..so no vex oo...
& pls how can I register a single finger 3 times on d finger print... tried it only allowed one finger

That's how my 9moble keep showing that X limiting me from browsing with it. Only my MTN never shows that.

Regarding the multiple finger registration, you have to persistently keep registering that same finger..........

It's best you find a way to snap and send....... When screenshot is seen, we can offer assistance............

Keep peppering. Keep in mind that Umudigi A pro is a budget phone, so don't use it to handle tasks that iPhone does. I speak from experience, and wouldn't want for fellow comrades burnt for nothing.

A3 PRO was 29990 yesterday, it's presently removed from JUMIA website, let's wait till evening and see if they will restock.

Don't know what to do to it.

Hello guys, long time. I bought the A3 for my wife some months back.
It has a funny issue. When I call her, the fone says switched off even though it is on, and the network is showing. At that point, I can't check balance on her fone or browse. In fact, I can't do anything on the fone that requires network.
To solve the wahala TEMPORARILY, I'll put switch airplane mode on and off. But then, when that issue occurs again, you won't even know. She might just be wondering why her phone hasn't rang since morning.

Has anyone experienced this? How was it solved?

Nano dual sim card....... It's a brilliant device, going by MaddySav and youtubers reviews........

Dual 4G VOLTE on both sims, all 9ja networks are compatible (even Glo's 4G)...........

You have probably toggled your flash, to off mode..... Open Camera app and toggle flash to on or auto........
