Bought this device #18000. That phone is not 3gig ram but 1gig ram. It's a 16gig rom and this version isn't made for Nigeria by the way. My phone then kept installing annoying apps anytime data is turned on.

Install cpu-z app on the phone and post screenshot of the results

I am using the 3gig version, probably yours is the 1gig version. The only problem with the phone has been the lack of Google playstore

All my GN5001s are 3gig RAM, 16gig ROM nd has play store.

For just 500 I can direct u to someone to help u fix ur play store in your own at computer village.
