"almost all companies do it" does not mean it's right besides I do not know of any company where the CEO used three different accounts to rate the business...
it's wrong, it's fraud, it's illegal...
you cannot honestly tell me that you would visit a hospital where 50 percent of their reviews are from several alternate accounts of their staff with the chief doctor owning 3 reviews with different aliases.
