Emf = I (R+r)

In series, E = E1 + E2= 3v
r= r1 + r2 = 2ohms
R = 3/0.2 - 2
R= 13 ohms
Effective resistance = R+r = 15ohms

In parallel , emf = E= E1=E2 =1.5v
r = 0.5ohms
Effective resistance = 13.5ohms

I = 1.5/13.5 = 0.1 A
