I only know of the national orthopedic hospitals in Lagos, kano and Enugu (I think). I believe there quite a number of privately owned hospitals out there that have orthopedic units eg EKO hospital Lagos. As far as services go, I can't say which is the best

I know Dr Salami well.
Have consulted him in his hospital on the road from the airport in Lagos.
But he's more of an Arthroscopic surgeon(a subspecialty of orthopaedics) now.
Mostly joint surgeries.
He's good sha, and young too.

From experience Enugu is the best by far, others are only good in amputations. Enugu does miracles in rehab of shattered bones. A doc there have a private practice at thinkers corner b4 Godfrey Okoye University.

Bima Orthopedic Hospital and Disneyland Orthopedic Hospital both in Jos

Your best bet is any of the National Orthopaedic Hospital, they get enough subspecialties in orthopaedics.

Westcare hospital Egbeda

If you don't want to add salt to inury, you better don't go to Benue.

Worst part, when they suggest amputation,it's as though their advising you to take sweets. It's no big deal to them

I haven't been there. But i am almost certain that the one in gboko is extremely overhyped as well. I have been to the one in enugu and i was told its one of the best in Nigeria amd seeing how people here are hyping it makes me sad. Imagine someone saying its classic. Nawa o

That hospital is no where near average as far as orthopaedic hospitals is concerned
But anyway maybe na by naija standard and una mentality so i can't really blame u sha
