AutoReportNG: He's saying the truth. Agberos are a product of lagos government. If those who built this structure don't go the extra mile to protect it, those parasites (agberos) they help create will take over it. |

AutoReportNG: The guy is very frank. Let's not deceive ourselves with being religiously positive or not. There are some things that are very glaring that don't require much thought. I have been to the construction site multiple times and also accessed the environment. That structured is an over-hyped project that is a failure already. It can't be managed and used effectively. The government is just building a shelter for miscreants who stay around there. Don't argue about this, just wait till it is completed and opened for use. |
Re: The Night View Of Terminal 3 Of Oshodi Transport Interchange - Photos by King44(m): 7:23am On May 14, 2019 |
AutoReportNG:that is just the simple truth the structure would be controlled later by agbero unless the government hand it over to a private management company, check other infrastructure in the state and check how it is being handled, the fact still remains that agberos and thugs are one of the reasons projects done in Lagos don't last long |

one of the things the government can do to maintain this edifice for very long time is to hand it over to private firms for management, and widen the roads leading to the edifice and also give handle the edifice and environment just like an airport I don't know a better way to express my opinion, in fact putting a military stand there so that agberos won't trespass is not bad, something should be done abeg, I love the project 1 Like 1 Share |

AutoReportNG:AllenSpencer: :Are you not guys positive for once? Must we always have this evil mindset towards our country? Imagine you own this building which costs $70m to build, will you pray that all you have ever laboured for that Agbero should take the building? I think we should rephrase his submission as a cautionary advisement. I understand the Blue-line has a direct connect to MM1 and it is the only bus service allowed at the airport; such that Airport pick-ups/traffic can be decongested and people can pick-up or get connecting transportation from the Oshodi Interchange. With this, we have a security challenge on our hands. We must rid Oshodi of Urchins, Gangs and Cults who are potential robbers |

9jaRealist: Fantastic post. I believe we need about 7-10 more of these Bus Terminal in the following places 1. Epe 2. Ikorodu 3. Sango 4. Ipaja/Idimu Axis 5. Badagry 6. Badore/Ajah 7. Isale-Eko/Marina and other "hot-spots" All these should be aligned with the intra-city rail network....... 1 Like |

jaxxy:AutoReportNG: : Actually, it is not all project that require 100% completion before you launch. Some requires a stretched "go-live" period and for some you may start before everything is in place, provided the "Pre-startup Audits" gives the go ahead. 1 Like |

mapet: Yes I know this bt do the projects ever get 100% finished afterwards or they are abandoned at the 90%. That’s been my observation and concern. |

AutoReportNG:What is evil mindset there. He is saying the inevitable. So if he wishes it well will it stop agbero from taking over the place? |
Re: The Night View Of Terminal 3 Of Oshodi Transport Interchange - Photos by mapet: 8:41am On May 14, 2019 |
jaxxy: This particular project is market driven. In about 2 years, managing "traffic volume" will be our head-ache and not finishing 100%. Private sector players will come in, a lot of partnerships will ensue...... |

Re: The Night View Of Terminal 3 Of Oshodi Transport Interchange - Photos by jaxxy(m): 8:59am On May 14, 2019 |
mapet: U don’t get my point. If u go to Dubai or China they don’t start a project or construction and leave it haphazard and unfinished and let people start using it like that. Even If people begin to use the facilities they must ensure they finish the structure or project to 100 percent completion. I’m not talking about servicing or maintenance yet. |
Re: The Night View Of Terminal 3 Of Oshodi Transport Interchange - Photos by mybestlove(m): 8:59am On May 14, 2019 |
AutoReportNG: But let's say the truth: did $70m enter that project? Not even 10% of that. |

jaxxy: Bros, Let's learn to walk our "own" "waka", forget Dubai. I am telling you completing this 100% is given. Just like Autojosh posited, if TBS has been going 3+yrs and running strong, this will not only be completed, it will be optimally used. There are bigger issues....This bus park is a pin in the Ocean for a state like Lagos. We should be considering how we will build at least 5 more. |
