The German authorities played a fast one on her by swiftly deporting her, else if her case had become public while she was still there, the story could have been prolonged as the kids are in school and could get some support from the school and human rights organisations against deportation.

Others have clearly said it. The kids are very likely not German citizens and it is doubtful if their dad is. They were indeed speaking German.

What I understand from your statement is, one of the parents will require a TOTAL stay in the country of just only 3yeas plus a permanent permit for a child to gain citizenship.

I’m saying no because the permanent RP itself takes btw 3-5years to acquire, starting from the day you received the first RP.
And you must live with it for atleast 3years.

She must have committed a grievous offence for an eu country to deport her. For one she has kids and eu law upholds rights to family life. They might not grant her the citizenship but they will never deport her.

I doubt if this woman is telling the truth. How can authority in Germany come to your house by midnight and deport you and 3 children without any reason. No way.

The kids and fathers could be German and still have to follow their legal guardians who is being deported. Probably this foolish woman was given the option to have the kids taken to foster care or cared by a German citizen, but she bloody well knew that this would be her downfall (as the kid is/was her only claim to stay in Germany), so she refused, thus got herself deported and will now go to the German embassy in Nigria with her kids to try use them as leverage to go back to Germany.

You CANT deport a German citizen from Germany, but you can allow German children to go back to their mothers country of birth. But then again, if these kids had German passports, that would be the 1st thing this woman would have shown the world.
