I saw the clip on YouTube and wonder if the woman is sincere with her story.
Germany is not a lawless country that will deport anyone without any underline issues in which the legal routes had been thoroughly exhausted.
Even if you're armed robbers, you will be tried and later deported, but for German security agency to come overnight and get her deported with kids without any issues is as good as travelling abroad without visa or passport.
She needs to come clean and tell the real story.

She should look for another country because, Nigeria is a no go area especially, from now till next 4 yrs.
i think since they deported her because she doesn't hv Nigerian passport it means she is not a Nigerian
so Nigeria government should help her by deporting her back to Germany

I don’t need to finish the video before telling you what must have happened.

1. She entered Germany illegally, most likely from Italy. She destroyed or sent home her international passport.

2. She applied for a refugee status

3. Her application was denied or she was being tolerated

4. She has her kids in Germany and unlike in the USA or Canada, they are not automatically Deutsche citizens. If she holds a permanent residence status or at least one of the parents is a German citizen, then it’s possible for the kids to adopt the Deutsche citizenship.

5. Evidence popped up somewhere about her nationality

6. Deportation order was placed on her

7. The Polizei (Police) enforced the deportation order

8. Germany is not a lawless country. There are good institutions in place!

Advice to my Nigerian brothers and sisters: don’t come to Europe illegally. Get a job here from Nigeria and apply for a work permit at the German Embassy/Consulate or better still come here through studies. Using the Mediterranean Sea or breaching the conditions of your Schengen Visit Visa is costly.
So much sense here.

Reasons why she should sue Nigeria for accepting deportation of non citizens.

They could be German and still follow their legal guardians who is being deported back to her country.

The ECJ made a landmark ruling in 2017, establishing that non-EU parents of EU citizens have a right to residency. I upholds that the childrens father is a non-EU citizen. It is legally impermissible to deport parent, who is also a legal guardian of an EU citizen with the right to stay in the bloc.

Did the ECJ also made a ruling that such non EU parent of an EU citizen can NEVER be deported Under any circumstances whatsoever?
Here you are quick to assume that because someone has the right to stay in the EU, they can't lose that right and therefore, can commit whatever crime she desires. Who knows what this woman has done... ?

My stance is premised on legality, and should be understood in that context. Surely, a subject with a right of residence can loose it, but I'm not focusing on that. I'm focusing on if she has the right in the first place. Furthermore, a "right" and a "privilege" has different meaning, definition and application in law.

If truly she has a right of residence by the virtue of being the mother of an EU citizen, then she will be punished in the same conditions as a citizen. As otherwise, such as extradition and deportation from the territory inadvertently renders the definition of "right" and the legal protection it confers ineffective.

Again, in this day and age of terrorism and what not, anyone who commited (or is associated with) a terrorist act/organization would lose their RIGHTs to stay in the EU on the spot. So again, we are all assuming here and unless we have concrete facts at hand, these kids could indeed be German and this lady still be deported from Germany.

Even if that lady was now a German citizen she could still be stripped of that citizenship and be deported.... FACT!!

She left Nigeria 14 years ago.

I guess the land was flowing with milk and honey when she did.
of course not. But it sure wasn't flowing with this much level of insecurity, uncertainty, nepotism, gloom and what have you.

I think something isn’t clear btw you &
I.

What I understand from your statement is, one of the parents will require a TOTAL stay in the country of just only 3yeas plus a permanent permit for a child to gain citizenship.

I’m saying no because the permanent RP itself takes btw 3-5years to acquire, starting from the day you received the first RP.
And you must live with it for atleast 3years.

Hm 8yrs tops
