This evening my mother received a credit alert of 20,000 from her FCMB account then after 30, mins they send her a debit Alert that she bought 10,000 vtu and before she could go to the bank to withdraw the remaining 10,000 they have empty the account.
could this be a error from the bank? and can she get back her money back? because she's very worried about it
