Normally, Unilag does not accept HND(Higher national diploma for its postgraduate diploma(PGD) Programme but however they do accepts for few of its courses listed below;

Postgraduate diploma(pgd) in biomedical engineering

Masters in project management(MPM)

Masters In Business Administration( MBA)

The bolded shouldn't be there. You can do pretty much any PGD course with your HND

Unilag don't accept HND for her Post Graduate Studies, I think the OP wanted to write, FEW POST GRADUATE PROGRAMS YOU CAN DO IN UNILAG WITH YOUR HND.

what is the difference between Post graduate programs and post graduate studies?

I don't think so. HND graduates can't do masters directly, they do PGD courses before proceeding to do masters

Unilag don't accept HND graduates for her PGD programs, they offers PGD for those switching to another course.
