If you're really serious, simply go to YouTube and search for videos like "How to start blogging" or "How to make money from blogging or"How to drive traffic to your blog" etc

The little I know about blogging I'll write below

1. Write about something you're passionate about. If it's football, you can blog about a particular football club or a league like the Premiership. You could even discuss about all things football but it's best you specialise.

2. Post regularly.

Posting regularly gives you fresh content. That's why it's best you blog about something you're passionate about as getting fresh content won't be a problem.

Fresh content encourages your readers to come back but most importantly, Google likes fresh content and will reward you for it with higher search ranking which will guarantee you traffic.

3. Create a Facebook page for your blog and post in related Facebook groups. Make sure you're always give quality info and refer them to your blog. Make sure you read the rules of the group

4. Also visit related forums and leave awesome comments and leave links to your blog. You can also start threads. Make sure you abide by the rules of the forum.

5. If you want to be a social blogger, for fresh content, simply visit Instagram and you'll get loads upon loads of fresh content that you can use. That's what a few bloggers are doing today. Perhaps cast your nest wider and add Reddit, Twitter and others. Any sensational story or video that has already gone viral or has many shares and likes should do well.

The list is endless.
