Judas iscariot! Sell it to who? Common, which charity? Demolition is the best option! Give out the land to government to convert to recreational center for the community to use. That's a warning to them all that is afraid to do legit work but want quick money at the back of people's tears and blood that whatever assets they acquire with such heinous crime will be forfeited and their life taken from them too.

There are not enough houses in Nigeria, they are destroying the ones they have instead of confiscating it. Stupidity
