Naira Marley is currently in court and we have a video of the EFCC prosecutor interrogating him, as criminal proceedings against him by the EFCC began today in an Ikoyi court. He pleaded not guilty when interrogated.

He was arraigned by the EFCC at Federal High Court in Ikoyi on 11 charges, bordering on fraud the musician for alleged credit card fraud.

NairaMarley arraigned, to be remanded in prison custody till May 30, when his bail application will be heard.

If the evidence is overwhelming, Naira Marley should settle for plead bargain, being a first offender in Nigeria, with a firm promise to speak against the evils of Yahoo boys. However, to do this he should work with an influential fatherly Senior Advocate Nigeria rather than a young lawyer who would want to use this case to gain fame and help his own career.

he suppose hire 2-3 SAN to defend him at court I guess concrete evidence of credit card fraud was found on him upon his arrest..meanwhile that's not the end of his career, he should ensure to strike a comeback after serving his term if convicted
