Do you think there is no corruption in the USA? Do you think we don't have graduates there working as cleaners or unemployed? Rather than scam or steal, those people would rather reinvent themselves than to become criminals. Your train of thought is that because government is bad, yahoo boys should be left alone. This is very bad! Who's going to fix the government? Is it not people like you and I? How can we fix it if we are already engaging in illicit activities? How can we fight corruption when we are corrupt ourselves? The reason you don't see yahoo as a major problem is because they never scammed you or someone close to you. Imagine you save all the money you had for several years only for one of them to wipe it away in just one day, will you not want to jump off 3rd mainland?
