If 80% of Buhari's appointees in key positions are from the North when ideally it should have been approximately 50% (considering the principle of federal character), then he's a tribalist and a northern supremacist. It doesn't matter if all the appointees are all Fulani or not.
That said, more of his appointees are Fulani than any other ethnicity though.

Why should the North be security favoured? Is it only in the North that there are security issues? Are herdsmen not killing people in the South? Is there no militancy in the South? Are there kidnapping and armed robbery in the South? Are there no serving security personnel from the South? So why should the North lead all security-based parastatals apart from the Navy?
