Is so crazy, after two months yet @don4ye is still preaching "patience" but he has been doing pickup and getting commission and I believed getting paid too if he works over there.

A scenario happened recently whereby a buyer was owing a picker some money and wasn't coming through, I don't think the money was up to a month before we saw some outbursts not to talk of 2months which @temihatz has waited before this. Well, me I can't even wait this long!!!

What if the money was paid by a client of @temihatz? I believe the client won't wait this long before he call police for him or devise any means to get his money.

It's just shameful @don4ye couldn't do a refund instantly or within a month since what he sold was faulty on inspection. Meaning, people's money ain't even safe with him because if he can't take care of this minor issue of his....what will happen if it's a case of missing items.....I guessed it will take a year to do refund.

Please for anyone that is attached to @don4ye, biko you people should tell him to refund @temihatz between now and Friday.....Baba Dan try!!!

You need to learn how to relate with people and always try to put yourself in other people's shoe. An item that was purchased from you turned out bad, and the only thing you can say after two months and few days back is for him to send it back to you in the US, does that sound reasonable to you?

Lemme give you a similar example, Lionlee picked 2 6s from my regular seller as brand new unfortunately he didnt check them and i already sold them as TLC. When the items arrived, the buyer picked them and it turned out that they were used phones with box and accessories not brand new as advertised. I asked the buyer what does he want, he said he already sold the items too and the owners wont take them so i should refund him so he can refund them also. The true picture is that its Lionlee's fault which he admitted, but i cant let him bear the loss alone because we have a good business/personal relationship and i know my supplier wont take the phones if we're to return them to the US. I told him the buyer asked for a refund so we should share it into 2 equal parts lets refund him first and we'll know what to do about the phones. Lionlee sent his half, i added my half and sent to buyer less than 24 hours after he asked to be refunded. What did i do to the 2 used phones? i sold them and credited Lionlee some amount of money back and at the end of the day we only lost 15k each. Life has moved on, Lionlee is still picking for me, the same buyer has bought about 2 to 3 other items from me thereafter.

You just started this business and its not all about money, your ability to deal with issues like this will tell how long you will last in it. I hope you will do the needful and turn a new leaf, aboro lan so fun omoluabi, toba denu e, a di odindi. Shalom

If i were you, i go just refund this customer with extra money / free pick-up. We win some we lose some. Business must go on. With 100% trust.

well, I don't blame you! Everybody just venture into business for profit making without knowing the ethics of business.

And is because of people like you that a picker said he can't do what @lionlee is doing....when the going get tough, only the tough get going. Cases like this shows that when things goes haywire....you will go missing.

I still don't blame you, I read some of your response before now and I keep asking myself 'do you have idea on how to proffer solution towards things ' because your responses so far are just ZERO.

Well, I don't know you but I believe they are people that knows you and please kindly do a refund on or before Friday.

Well, next shipment is no date and next shipment can be next year just like the way your 'soon' did not yield anything till you were drag in the mud.

So, I expected you to state your next date of shipment and expected time of arrival. You can't expect him to wait a year for next shipment after waiting over two months...If you err on this date then....

I've dealt with picker a couple of times and he has done a lot more for me than what most pickers would help you do.

I got a deal from mikky months ago, an s9 which later turned out to have a calibration issue but nothing was done. this is what you sometimes get in deals.

On a lighter note, a nairalander bought a blue samsung note 9 from you (Idboyostic) over 2 months ago which turned out to be a refurbished unit (even inscribed on the back glass), did you refund him? You didn't disclose to him it was a refurbished phone. The guy no call you out but I know about the whole stuff. You're just speaking like say u get the guy for mind before.

Alright then, nevertheless you should try to be soft when treating these types of issues, it's true you may have not known about the malfunction and it is a loss on your part because you may not be able to get your own refund but think about the other party too.

To All that have contributed opinions , advices , played judge jury and executioner . Thank you.

Picker before now has offered to replace the phone in question and has kept to his part of the bargain to replace the phone in the next shipment .

Like Wildchild says dispute resolution is based not only only on business relations but also with personal relationships at heart .

If it’s not in the write up , I’ll like to bring to the knowledge of the house that picker and myself offered to foot half the bill for screen replacement at which complaint turned down .

I do not need to lay bare what goes on behind the scenes at every deal landed by a deal hunter or picker on each deal neither am I going to go into a charade or blame game of faults here .

Every deal buyer and hunter understands sometimes items land with defect that was never initially present and it’s in between parties involved to arrive at a resolution .

The fault here would’ve been if picker or myself didn’t attend to the complaint without putting in consideration that complain was raised days after item had been conveyed to buyer .

All in all phone is to be replaced , the said phone in question will be sent back to picker .

how old are you? Your comments have been too commanding and demanding towards the picker. Like what would you do if picker fails to refund? This is not how to solve issues by being bossy you could just be adding fuel to fire. Next time calm down and reason things softly.
