while ambode is yet to commission his third flyover bridge built under his administration, ebonyi has built and commissioned three flyover bridges under gov Dave umahi with low budget.

Please let me get this straight, so the governor is using state funds to build a giant church? Or am I wrong. If I am please let me know what the building is for. Cause Google tells me ecumenical means "relating to, or representing the whole of a body of churches". Please correct me if I am wrong.
