Water was obviously the safe choice, you cannot speak on what you know nothing of. It is the organization that invited her CDQ can talk to. Cuppy is blissfully unaware of a lot of these issues CDQ has brought up. Her circle ensures this

No, they won't.


Yes things were better under the British, in the areas that they deemed important to the colonial government. Elsewhere....zero development. No light, no roads, nada.


It is since we got independent that places like my dad's village have gotten light, and development. My mom's village was developed under colonial rule...because it lay along the colonial railway.


Since independence, we have built a good federal highway system, expanded schools (government schools existed only in some towns during colonial rule) and expanded literacy (in 1960...less than 10% of children were in school, now it is 60%).


Your comment also reeks of inferiority. We don't need the white man to make us better. We need to work harder, change our mindset, stop thinking there is something as a free lunch, and realise we have to pay for things to work.


Like power. Most Nigerians don't pay for power. And we complain about bad light.
