Try simulating using 8777 as @stencil advised. You should see a jump in CRS. But it may not be enough in these days of 450+ cutoff. Can he try for an extra certificate if he has only one? Can you try with yourself as the PA? Simulate these and see what you get.

At 33 years, with a good IELTS and two or more certificates, you can still get a direct ITA. Sometimes the PNP takes a while.

I think you are ok. The purpose of an ADR is to correct earlier mistake.

Ideally, you could have added a LOE when you submitted earlier. Now, I'm not sure it is still needed.

Pls, I need advice. I realised I made a mistake in 2 of my addresses while filling my application form earlier pre AOR. I got ADR for schedule A in January and those mistakes were corrected but now it would seem like I have different addresses. Do I need to raise a CSE to explain these discrepancies? Btw, my file is in AVO and my AOR is Oct 1st 2018.

First thing to remember about the Speaking test. There is no right or wrong answer. They want to see how well you understand and articulate yourself.
Don't look at it as a test, that might scare you a bit. Look at it as if you are simply having a conversation with a stranger. You meet someone, they ask that you a question you may or may not know the answer to but the key is to walk them through your thought process.

I used this method and scored 9 with speaking.

The speaking test is more or less like a discussion, it's going to be difficult for you not to be able to answer a question. Just keep talking, doesn't have to be the truth. Visit Liz IELTS page and see past test topics, you can practice with those.

I saw a similar question in a different forum. Although the "law" says 6 months, the person in question was advised to get one. Remember a lot of things rest on the case officer, so to be on the safe side, I'd recommend getting one.

It is a very simple and quick process too. It is also inexpensive.

Explain why you don't know. Or what you think the alternative answer should be. But it is hard not to know the answer to these questions as they're usually related to what you think/feel about something.
If you are asked "What does Happiness mean to you" (this was a legit question for someone) chances are you will know what to say.

Now filling the application, I got to a point where I was asked " does ur intended occupation require professional certificate or licensure". Please what do I answer to this having in mind that his occupation was stated as not requiring licensure? Will he require professional certificate from APEGS before submission or nomination? NOC 2255 is technical occupations in geomatics and meteorology. Thanks all

Experience of a close friend:
This is for those who might be having similar problem/challenges with WES regarding the "YEAR" of award on ECA. His certificate has the date he completed his final examination (2008), date he was awarded the certificate (2009), and date the Vice Chancellor signed the certificate (2011). WES decided to use the date the VC signed the certificate rather than the YEAR of award. Nigga have been working with Statement of Result since 2010. He had to write WES regarding the discrepancy in the ECA & Certificate. WES responded with an apology and a revised ECA with the YEAR of award was issued.
