Philosophy students making noise while the lecturer is teaching. As a result of that the lecturer got angry and gave them punishment.

Do they deserve the punishment? This is university not secondary school.

Of course it is a University, but these people are pupils in students skin, making noise during lecture. How did they find their way into university?
