The PDP candidate might not become the governor of the state because he did not meet the Two -Third votes requirement from each local government.
In regards to this there is high tendency that fresh election would be conducted in zamfara and it would exclude APC candidates.

Remove all the votes credited to APC,the 2/3 will crop up

INEC had inconclusive meeting on the matter today. They will continue tomorrow.

The certificate of return earlier issued to the APC member elect would be retrieved and issue brand new tear rubber certificate to the PDP members elect.

This kind thing dey pain person sha. Some people have taken loan from banks to pay back from their proposed loot when they assume power.

If the later is correct, then PDP may not have course to rejoice yet. The governorship candidate of PDP does not have the constitutional requirement of 2/3 in 1/3 of the state. However, if the supreme court claims that those APC votes do not exist, then no cause for alarm.

The SC did not just say APC votes don't exist..it called it WASTED votes.
What happened in Imo?

SC didn't ask for fresh elections...it simply said no primaries...runner-up is a go!

Another election ought to have been called forx which would exclude APC. That would have been the right judgement.
We can't afford to let the court d decide elections results. The judiciary is embroideried in it's own corruption and as such can't be trusted with deciding the people's mandate

In the lead judgment by Justice Paul Adamu Galinji, the apex court held that all votes cast for the APC as “wasted votes” and declared that all political parties with the second highest votes in the elections and the required spread, are elected to the various elections.
