Paul didn't do anything legally wrong unless the contract agreement he signed with show organizers contains Psquare and not Rudeboy. Of course, I doubt if it does because Paul is not a neophyte in the business. By the way, the judges do not act on hearsay, they act of documentary evidence as presented by lawyers.

i get your point but there's no ignorance in d court of law n nothing like emotions. if Peter should take this case up, irrespective of Paul's awareness. Peter will win hands down, so paul can hold d promoter later but he will first pay. I wish it were blackface n 2face then u will understand better

It's best to just ignore people like these ones, if the rude baby has any iota of self pride, he'd not have allowed the promoters use his brothers picture after he has claimed to be the alpha and Omega of PSquare.

I'm a lawyer to be and I will tell you this for free. it was an honest mistake on the part of the promoters and it's justified in law. section 25 of the Nigerian criminal code provides that...." A person who does or omits to do an act under an honest and reasonable, but mistaken, belief in the existence of any state of things is not criminally responsible for the act or omission to any greater extent than if the real state of things had been such as he believed to exist."
