This is stupid. The Zamfara/Katsina/Sokoto bandits attack Fulani and others alike. Infact the bandits are known to attack herdsmen frequently same as Boko Haram. Bandits, Herdsmen and Boko are not interchangeable. They are distinct groups who attack and kill each other also.

Part of the problem with herdsmen for example, is that Herdsmen traditionally graze their cattle most of the year in North East, old Gongola (Adamawa) area before coming South to bring them to market. But they have been unable to do so for some years due to Boko Haram rustling their cattle. So they come down South to graze instead leading to farmer conflicts.

There is no radio station for "bandits". Bandits are a different set borne out of gold mining conflicts in Zamfara. The radio station is for herdsmen to better disseminate information on weather patterns, safe grazing routes etc to minimise conflict.

A sitting President would not provide support to "bandits" that are attacking his own hometown, never mind threatening the seat of Sardauna of Sokoto which is the heart of Fulani empire. The bandits case is a case of Fulani empire collapsing on it's self due to extreme poverty, overpopulation, mining conflicts and other factors.

Nigeria is on the road to Somalia, nevermind Rwanda but not for the factors you mentioned above.

When I go through price lists of new laptops on jumia and co, average specs like 2 gig ram, etc go for prices that are just around my budget.

The UK/US used counterparts on the other hand have amazing specs like 8gig ram, Intel a5, a3 being for prices close to my budget.

My argument was that since it is unstable, the same traces of Nandrolone could be responsible for testing over the limit. To buttress my line of reasoning, I said it will be foolish for anyone to take more dose of the steroid after being tested once. Most people will try to lay low. Wait it out. So if they test you again, and you are clean you can argue that even the traces they saw were metabolized spontaneously in your system. Pep's first argument was not about the unstableness of Nandrolone but that the supplemental diets his doctor gave him had those without his knowledge. Frank De Boer who was Pep's teammate at Barca tested positive for Nandrolone as well and Segura was his doctor. What Pep used to reverse the charge was that the plaintiff could not prove how it got into his system. He claimed he drank something but their argument was that he injected it and supported their case with the dose in his system, but when it was now established that any metabolite that had similarities could test for Nandrolone and that those metabolites could be in energy drinks the plaintiff's case made no legal sense.

The so-called Fuentes case was circumstantial and they got wind of it by breaking a law. They hacked a laptop with those claims and not that they had a way to prove it.
