My infinix hot 4 lite doesn't charge when the phone is on , it only charges when I switch it off, pls what could be the problem? Thanks

Ya lucky OP. I seen one that only plays audio through the earspeaker, doesn't vibrate & doesn't charge till you switch it off. You can't do nothing about it coz they're problems peculiar to that device. Infinix is trash.

If you have the time tho, you can take it to a phone parts vendor who also fixes phones & tell him your problem. Also tell him you've tried changing the charging panel but you think it's selective..He'll get you one that works.

throw away ke! please give me I need a phone, I don't mind switching it off to charge it.

If the problem is that it only shows charging icon but doesn't charge, the only solution I think is to find a very good charger or a new original battery

Have the down board changed. And if it still persist then u will need a dead panel to extract ic

If u r closer to ikotun come around

It's using this inbuilt battery, so it'll not be easy to change..... it doesn't show any icon while on, it won't just charge at all

& i was told i need a dead panel to change d ic... how much will the fixing cost?
