several persons sustained injuries on Saturday when insurgents attacked a mosque in Sajeri village, at the outskirts of Maiduguri, the Borno State capital. According to eyewitnesses, the insurgents suspected to be Boko Haram members were said to have opened fire on the congregation who were observing their prayers.
