If you really mean an eye for an eye , then my oga the Tivs along Southern Taraba will be long gone. Check all the crisis, kidnapping and robbery taking place along Kasina-ala -Takum road , Kasina -ala -Wukari road is alarming and yet no media or government body is saying anything about it. yinkus6750: |

NobleAngell:You are ignorant. Those Tivs in Taraba state have an equal stake in the state as any other. They have been there for ages; how old is Nigeria as a whole (I intentionally didn't mention Taraba)? States (with their boundaries) are fairly recent creation. |

payosehtor:Ijaws in Ondo are not looking for trouble na but you will never see Tiv people resting When they are not fighting Fulani, they are fighting Kuteb or Jukun I remember when they were fighting with Fulanis their houses were burnt Jukun people gave them shelter and now they are fighting the jukuns for reasons we know not. |

NobleAngell:Return how? To where? Can you tell an indigene of Ebonyi to return to Anambra state? Where will they go to? The Tivs are also indigenous to Taraba state. |

Wanity:Jukun man! ![]() The Tivs in Taraba state are bonafide indigenes of Taraba state and will continue to be till eternity. We've been fighting since the dawn of time. The Jukun can't wish us away. They can't also kill us away. The earlier you guys realise this the better for us all. |

The TIV's living in those axis have been known to be the ones mostly causing troubles/crimes in those area. So if one is to go by what he said by an eye for an eye then the TIV's within those areas would have been long blinded by those they've been inflecting. Do a little research on happing on those mentioned areas and feed us with your findings. payosehtor: |

| Re: Tiv/Jukun crisis: Six killed whilst vandalising, looting church in Taraba by gowaga68: 8:26pm On Jun 02, 2019 |
No one is disputing the TIV's are not bonafide indigenes of the state and just as you pointed that out no one can dispute TIV's are the cause of most crimes in southern Taraba. How can a tiv man farm in Bali LGA and still sends his revenue to Benue state or claim the place he's farming is part of Benue. Kashimbila crisis still on mind. Sai and Abako were carved away from Taraba to appease the TIV's during Jolly , Chanchangi is still having issues with TIV's , Donga still on the matter , to mention but few. ShamsBarack: |

ShamsBarack:Onne Taraba have no indigenous tiv/thieves, you people are disgrace to humanity, if you think tiv have a potion in Taraba let them stand and fight for it not to be running up and down. I hope you have not forgotten 1999 - 2000 Fulani and Jukun against tiv 2015 Fulani against tiv now is Jukun against tiv. When I think of all this incident what comes to mind is that there's no smoke without fire. Mind you I am not from Taraba and I am not Jukun by tribe but I am born brought up in Taraba. Birth citizen doesn't exist in Nigeria. The earlier you know that the better for you. |

I guess you didn't get him or her right . To the best of my knowledge, the TIV's around Southern Taraba axis are troublesome. With me saying so, I'm not generalising the TIV's . And I will categorically tell you ,no single large family within southern Taraba who doesn't have a tie with TIV's. payosehtor: |

Dackrapper:Have you forgotten so soon how the Jukums on the other hand are not tolerant , not ready to accommodate any other tribe in their fantasize, fictitious unrealistic Kwarafa kingdom? do you remember when in the nineties the Jukums where fighting and chasing all Kutebs out of Takum so that no one shears takum with them, that they should all relocate to USSA? Have you forgotten how all Hausas in Rafinkada were killed and all their properties and homes destroyed and looted? is any Hausa property still standing erect in Wukari town today? MUST I remind you about GIDIN DOROWA POGROM AGAINST THE HAUSAS? All because the jukums want to forcefully and lately create a kingdom for themselves in the 21st century. Iam an old student of Gd Dorowa and Bantaje for your information |

gowaga68:I 've stated advising any TIv man in Tr state to start considering house insurance policies cuz Tiv house' life span hitherto was10 years but now it's 5yrs. e.g. my father's house was burnt in Gd Dorowa in 1991 we left to Dan Anacha, in 2001yet dislodged, I joined my elder brother in Ananum 2014 his house burnt, he decided lets settle in Donga town, yet his house got brought down last month may 2019 by the same Jukums. NO BODY SHOULD COME BETWEEN US. I DON'T WANT TO TYPE ANYTHING "COUNT DOWN" AGAIN THOSE BLAMING BuharI should stop forth with |

Wanity:Did I hear you said you are not a jukum by tribe with the way your writings portrays hates and anger sentiment? I can diagnose your problem off-hand; WANITY, YOU'RE SUFERRING FROM WHAT IS CALLED, "MINORITY INFERIORITY COMPLEX" it means people born in such smallest of tribes are never proud to be identified with such insignificant nation.which tribe would you've prefered to be identified with? Itilo? |

payosehtor:Allow them, they think we don't know history. We all know how the Jukuns seem to think everyone in Taraba should bow down to them because they feel they are Lords in Taraba. And I don't also blame them, I blame the Gov't that allows T.Y. Danjuma to arm militias in Taraba state, who often carry out attacks on his behalf. We also lost our properties in Adu, Takum. Even in Donga, we have family members who have lost properties. The Jukuns are very troublesome. If they are not fighting the Tivs, it is the Hausas or even the Fulanis. |

NobleAngell:If you read history, Tiv form part of Taraba State. The population of Tiv people in Taraba is more than the Jukun. This Tiv people are indigence of Taraba and have no ancestral home in Benue likewise Jukun people in Benue that has no ancestral home in Taraba. |

ShamsBarack:Be lest assured that, that their CONTROVERSIAL DANJUMA'S POLITICAL GOD FATHERISM IN TARABA 'LL NOT LAST FOREVER. IT THEN THEY WILL KNOW WETIN DEY. I leant he Ty has being advising the Jukums to align with the Larger Tivs cuz if they continua this way their future is bleak but they will not hear because of the guns they have in their hands, as if only their god ty has the monopoly to buy arms him and only him. any way they say "stubborn fly de follow deed body d enter grave. Time shall tell |
