I still can't come to terms with how the choice of Regina Daniel marriage or Ned Nwoko choice became some people's business. Marriage is a matter of choice. You can't force a young lady to marry a man in her age bracket. We have seen countless young couples falling in and out of love for various reasons ranging from money, poverty and outright betrayal. Can any of those blaming Regina Daniel suggest to her a responsible young man who will love her and make a perfect husband. Just one if you have an example. Stop crying more than the bereaved.

There is a world of difference between Murder , Manslaughter and culpable homicide.
For Ibinabo to have murdered Dr Giwa,, she must have prior knowledge of the man and a motive to kill him.
None of this was present.
The two met for the first time during the unfortunate accident.
If it were to be an ordinary accident, it would be called Man Slaughter.
If truly Ibinabo was drunk during the accident, it would be culpable homicide.
For Man Slaughter or culpable homicide, sentencing would have to be balanced with mitigating circumstances.
The mitigating circumstances was that immediately after the accident, Ibinabo became pregnant ( probably advised by her lawyer).
Now how do you sentence a pregnant woman or nursing mother to prison? ( The reason why she is currently enjoying Bail)
I know that if you are a relative of Dr Suraj Giwa, the pain would still be palpable!
But that doesn't mean that you should lose decorum and start calling Ibinabo Fiberesima a murderer.
