The video that Neymar published on social media as a way of trying to explain the rape accusations against him has been taken down.

It was reported in the Brazilian media that a woman filed a report against the footballer after they met in a Paris hotel on May 15 and the player responded by sharing the WhatsApp messages exchanged between the two.

These messages contained some private images and this has landed Neymar in further trouble as an investigation has been opened into this publication.

It is a crime in Brazil to share sexual images without consent and it is a crime that can come with a sentence of one to five years in prison, or even longer if the objective is determined to be revenge or humiliation.

The video had been published on his Instagram, but has now been removed.

But those were legit evidence against the rape allegations against him
